Legalisation Notes

  • The Qatar Embassy in France won't usually legalise any documents that have already been processed by another consulate.
  • If you are legalising a birth or wedding certificate, it must be no more than 3 months old.
  • It is no longer possible to make certified copies of documents that are not in French. Anyone holding a diploma issued in France that is in another language will need to ask the concerned school to issue a certificate in French instead.
  • We are unable to obtain any certificates on your behalf.
